Inspiration Board: Orange Citrus
at 2:14 AMCreating this board made me realize just how many shades of orange there are and how difficult of a color it is. You see, in searching for it online when you type "orange" you have both the words "orange" as in the color orange and "orange" as in the citrus, which, conveniently is also orange. Phew.

Bridal Shops
at 8:37 PMUnique Bridal Shops in Michigan By Deborah Kolich With today's economy, flanges have to be savvier than ever when it comes to budgeting for their wedding. And unfortunately, the financial position of certain enterprises, has left many wives with little choice when they go in search of their wedding dresses. Bridal shops are expensive to maintain and, more recently, many were forced to close their shops because of overhead. But when you combine the online experience to a physical location, as Imlay City, Michigan Brides may have the best of both worlds. The Internet has opened doors to many wives and to be now Bridal Shops in Michigan may also include many online shops. Any wedding dress store that wants to survive today is to offer both options to the search for the perfect woman wedding dress ... a physical and an online presence. This combination allows the wife to try dresses, but opens the door to more than styles that can also be online. This also contributes to the store owner because they can have a larger inventory, overhead, but less in the store itself. This type of wedding boutique can offer more if they have Custom Wedding Dress services. In other words, normally the wife must be what is called a standard size, which comes with a size of table. While the guarantees that the dress will certainly be changed in addition to the fees involved. But when a wedding dress shop offers custom dress option, the wife can get the gain is exactly its measures. Eliminating the costs of changes entirely. The only additional cost being incurred for May would be rated animated. When the wedding shops in Michigan, as Leontina Gowns located in the thumb of the lower peninsula, combines a store front, with online wedding shopping, savings went right to the bride. Often, it can get a quality designer wedding dress tailor its measures for less than $ 500. Brides can shop in the store or online and get a wedding dress made to measure its accuracy. This does not only save time, but hundreds of other changes in the costs. This is one of the biggest advantages to buying online. |

Wedding Gown
at 7:04 AMWedding Gown Preservation - Compare prices and methods By Donald Clifton One of your most precious memories of your wedding is your wedding dress. You will have your photo albums, perhaps some dried flowers, but what about your dress? If you want to preserve your wedding dress for a daughter or granddaughter to wear, or for the 5th anniversary, or just remember watching that day, it is important that it be allowed. Without preserving your wedding gown may deteriorate, stains or develop effective change color over time. It is important to ask, or a bunch of questions or the methods of the company to ensure that your dress will be beautiful for years to come. Some brides think that the closure of their dress in a plastic bag and hung in their wardrobe is all that is needed. Some companies charge $ 500 for cleaning and preserving a wedding gown. All wedding dresses get dirty. No mater how much are they married hem drags the ground or floor is dirty. Even if an anti-perspirants is used, it will always be under-arm problems, some visible some not. Make-up can easily transfer them to dress when taking on or off. Another area on the upper bodice of the dress that was rubbing against your chest may also be a problem. It is not accidental cake, wine, coffee, soda or other tasks that can make a mess of your dress. Here's what you want to make sure that your marriage is going to have to dress properly preserved. If the business you want to use does not explain in full, or shortcuts or other of these processes to avoid them. Beware of companies that are not wholly or give you detailed information on their methods, you can not trust that your dress will be properly cared for or treated properly. First, when the dress arrives in the company, it must be carefully inspected part. The hem, the arm-pits, and at the top of the bodice part, should be specially cleaned. After the other parts of the dress are inspected for stains, these stains should be removed. This May take various cleaning depending on the stain. Your wedding dress should then go through an appeal process and anti-sugar. This step is to ensure that any spot with sugar substance, such as cake icing, wine, soda or withdrawn and will not turn yellow later. Dry cleaning fluids did not affect sugar and unless this step is to take the sugar will stain and turn yellow later. The next step is to dry clean the dress. It's called "dry cleaning" because the cleaning fluid is not water. It may be a variety of different special cleaning liquids. After dry cleaning the dress must be filled dried. The dress must be re-inspected again to make sure that all stains have been removed and the cleaning process has been totally effective. After inspection of your wedding gown should be pressed against a steam and hand. The dress is then pressed on a bust form to form the bodice of the dress. Any area neede, shoulders, sleeves, the bust will be "stuffed" with acid-free tissue. The dress is then placed in an acid-free box with a display (so you can see the bodice of the dress). Make sure the box, and is acid-free tissue. Regular cardboard boxes and tissues can react chemically with the fabric of the dress over time and cause discoloration and / or deterioration. The box should be placed in a shipping box and return to you. Avoid companies that do not provide each of these steps. Also avoid any company that seals your dress in a box. Sealing can retain moisture that can cause mold to form and ruin your wedding dress. |

Instead of an all-white wedding dress, you can inject touches of red - or the hem of a ribbon embroidery can be. If you want to go further, you can design a sari-inspired wedding dress. You have not given serious petticoats and corsets restraint and be comfortable during the wedding ceremony and reception.
The Irish Blue

This anime also all white ensemble with tradition particularly when your family or your husband is of Scottish origin.
Or, if you do not want a tartan, you can always have Celtic knot work embroidery on your wedding gown to symbolize eternal love. At the very least, you have old ways of meaning instead of the usual flowers and leaves.
The Hispanic Heritage
If you are a Hispanic heritage, the tradition of wearing something borrowed takes on a different meaning. Your dress may well be the wedding dress your mother and your grandmother, with some modifications according to your measurements and equipment. This reflects the pride of your family, a trait highly valued in Hispanic societies.
The wedding dress traditional Spanish represents a radical change in the mode of operation of western marriages. The Spanish bride wears a black gown and a lace mantilla veil to symbolize her devotion to her husband until death. If you choose a dress of Spanish influence vis-...- vis color, you need not despair. You can sew ribbons in yellow, blue and red into your lingerie or infuse touches of these colors in your dress.

Wet DJ!
at 1:42 AMAs the photographer looked over his shoulder he noticed these huge dark clouds that were heading towards our lovely bride and groom.
The DJ who had his expensive equiptment set up for the ceremony and cocktail hour had stepped inside, as his job was done for about 20 minutes, the rest of the ceremony.
The minister out of the corner of his eye saw the blackness that was invading our glorious nuptials, decided to hurry up the ceremony as to not leave the guests and our lovely bride in groom in the wetness that was about to occur.
The bride and groom kissed, they headed inside the
Although our handsome DJ who was inside still thinking the ceremony was progressing, had no idea that his equiptment just recieved a bath.

The Most Popular Wedding Themes
at 6:13 PMThe theme known as the perfect pair wedding theme is traditional as it reflects what weddings are all about; they are a time of joy and love and the perfect pair theme represents the celebration of two lives coming together. It is a promise of faith, commitment and honor. This theme reflects the idea of two people who have found each other. The idea of the perfect pair wedding theme has also been around for a long time as in Victorian times the pear itself was a symbol of affection and the pear tree was a symbol of comfort. When using the image of the “perfect pair” it is a beautiful statement of love, two being a matched set and the emotional power of the wedding vows. This is a beautifully elegant theme for a sophisticated wedding. There is a lot of symbolism surrounding the idea of using a pear to represent the theme of a wedding and nothing seems more perfect to reflect what marriage is all about.

Nowadays, when people talk about the different kinds of weddings, the most popular choice that emerges is the outdoor wedding style. This preference makes nature as a wonderful background and the most familiar under this category of wedding style is the garden wedding.

Ladies Dress
at 8:15 AMHow To Finding Stylish Ladies Dress ?
By Morgan Hamilton
It seems that at times far too many people experience difficulties while choosing clothes that are appropriate for them? Is it so hard to find clothes that suit the occasion and the age? Why do so many people find it so difficult to dress him or herself adequately?
Lately, I visited a shareholder's dinner for the local hospital. I cannot even describe what I saw there! I was amazed by the clothes all people were wearing!
The shareholder's meeting included a dinner and an annual report of the hospital's financial situation. Over two hundred people were present at the shareholder's meeting. I was astonished to see that only about a half of them was wearing clothes, which are appropriate for the occasion. I even met women who were dressed as young girls. Probably, they have no mirrors at home!
Now, I'm going to read to all you women a short lecture about how to search for Ladies Dress in a store. The regular stores are separated in sections. Lady's clothes are separated in two groups: there are a juniors' section which is meant for girls 19 years of age and under and then the misses' section that is meant for woman older than 19. All women that are under 19 years old must look for their Ladies Dress in the misses' section.
Ladies Dress often follow the latest fashion, which changes from season to season. However, Ladies Dress more often than not are in more classic styles. Ladies Dress usually have a simple design that suits many occasions. Ladies Dress must be modest and stylish in order to match a variety of events.
At the shareholder's meeting, I met women I met many women who were dresses excessively for that occasion. They probably had not realized that they were wearing Ladies Dress, which were made to be worn at very formal or special occasions such as a wedding, opera or formal ball.
On the contrary, there were women who were dressed in their everyday clothes, sweaters, and jeans. What was going on there? I even saw people wearing blue jeans and T-shits. I appreciate people who try to express their personality through clothes but anyway I believe clothes have to fit the occasion.
Up to me, the Ladies Dress that fitted the shareholder's meeting were those Ladies Dress with stylish and simple design, which were complemented with refined accessories. The women who were wearing such Ladies Dress had found a way to demonstrate their tasteful choice. They seemed to be self-assured and proud.
Contrariwise, women who were overdressed gave a sense of being unsure of themselves. Women who were trying show a youthful appearance were in fact leaving the impression of not caring.
I believe these women were not aware of how strong impression they may leave with their Ladies Dress. I draw myself many conclusions. Based on Ladies Dress choice, I can guess what a woman's character is. For example, if I see a woman dressed in her daughter's clothes, I think to myself that may be she is very desperate of losing her youth.
I will try to make her understand that if she had chosen an appropriate dress in the Ladies Dress, she would convince everyone as well as herself that she is proud of what she had achieved. She may meet some very important people at this shareholder's dinner. They may judge her by her clothes. First impression is lasts long. Ladies Dress can help her leave a positive one.

Vintage Wedding
at 12:26 AMChoosing a Vintage Wedding Gown
Executive Summary about vintage wedding by TM Lung and Laura Firenze
Since you will be wearing your wedding gown when you are walking down the aisle, you will need to choose the most perfect dress. In fact, you will have plenty of choices when your wedding dress is concerned. And there are also tons of styles you will find when you visit some bridal shops.
Of all the choices, one thing you may have thought of is to choose a vintage wedding gown. As a matter of fact, a lot of brides will consider wearing a vintage dress on their big day. This is because these dresses are generally very stylish. Of course these dresses are also unique and beautiful at the same time.
Another plus of using a vintage wedding gown is that it can save you a lot of money. The best situation will be that you will be wearing the dress of you mother when she got married. This will certainly make your wedding gown extremely meaningful. Passing the dress from one generation to another is very common indeed.
Even if you are going to put on the dress of your mother, you may still need to spend some money. Your measures will probably be different from your mother. As a result, you may need to spend some money to alter the dress. Again, you will be able to save some money since the price of a vintage gown is usually lower than a new one. Of course the prices of it can still vary according to the style and condition of the dress.
Of course there can be some exceptions but in most cases you will try to purchase a vintage gown which was made in the 70s.
One last question is how you should shop for the vintage gown. There are some websites which are specialized in selling such items. No matter you are trying to purchase from an online shop or from Ebay, you have to be very careful when you purchase. You have to check the reputation of the shop or the seller before you pay. You will also need to ask clearly about the size of the dress. And it is also very important for you to know the condition of the dress. You will need to ask the shop or seller to take some photos of the dress and send them to you before you pay!
The Modern Vintage Wedding
The answer: a modern vintage style wedding. Read on for ideas on how to combine these two contrasting styles into one fabulous event.
Many couples like the idea of paying their respect to the beauty of weddings past, and yet also wish for their wedding to have the unique and personal feeling of today's weddings. The idea is to take your inspiration from past eras without trying to recreate a wedding from a bygone time.
The way to bring vintage and modern together successfully is to mix them shamelessly. For example, a Victorian style wedding gown would be made of lace and have a high collar and long sleeves (a revival that was popular in the 1980s). The updated version would feature a beautiful soft lace, but the cut of the gown would be much more streamlined and pared down, such as a spaghetti strap lace sheath wedding dress.
One of the hottest accessories on the red carpet this year was the clutch handbag. This style of bag has been in style in many different time periods, and you can find some fantastic original vintage beaded clutches in antique shops or even on ebay. Handmade wedding jewelry is another detail that is perfect for the modern vintage wedding. Choosing pieces of jewelry for your wedding that are handmade one by one from beautiful gems like pearls and crystals goes back to a time when craftsmanship was revered.
Another great element for a modern vintage wedding is letterpress stationery. You will often find letterpress invitations with cool retro motifs such as birds. The color palettes are also that cool retro modern look; you see lots of brown, mixed with pink, sky blue, or mint green. It is the perfect way to set the tone for a modern vintage wedding.
Pick ones that fit in with the general tone of your wedding, but don't worry about matching too exactly. An easy idea for an updated vintage favor would be the classic Jordan almonds, which symbolize the bitter and the sweet of marriage. Instead of putting them in the ubiquitous tulle bags, which would just look old fashioned, give your favors a more modern twist by placing the Jordan almonds into a glassine bag sealed with a sticker with your wedding motif on it.
For your wedding decorations, you can use wonderful flowers with an old-fashioned look like big bunches of peonies, garden roses, or hydrangea. This relaxed elegance is at the heart of a modern vintage style wedding.
